A carefully constructed and well-run Assessment or Development Centre can provide a number of benefits to an organisation seeking to improve its approach to the selection and development of their employees, which in turn can identify and predict key behaviours in the workplace that transform people performance.
In this training Participants acquire theoretical and practical training regarding the correct implementation of Assessment and/or Development Centers. As part of the training, participants familiarize with the stages and methodologies that comprise an Assessment or Development Center. It is primarily aimed at HR Management executives and other executives of an organization that will participate as assessors in Assessment or Development Centers.
Participants receive a certificate of attendance by Evalion.
Duration: 2 days and ½ day as follow up
